My ‘Undisputed Magazine’ front cover and double page spread demonstrates the visual conventions of a late 90’s Hip-Hop magazine to support my ‘Last Wordz’ music video.
I used the codes of famous magazines such as XXL, Vibe and The Source to replicate this look.


Last Wordz Music Video

My ‘Last Wordz’ music video exists as a representation of the conventions of a late 90’s Hip-Hop music video. 

My intentions of this video were to create a fun performance which is jam-packed as many codes as I could - all the way from camera angles and shots, to scenes, to clothing, to editing etc. 

I had a blast creating it and loved to work with many people directing how I wanted them to perform and choosing locations and choosing clothing. Everyone that was involved are all credited at the end credits.
